Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
The short version
- LeadPulse is run by Genexis Studio. We collect what we need to run your account and the features you use, and nothing more.
- If you connect Gmail, we send the emails you write and read only the email conversations LeadPulse started, so we can show replies in your Inbox. We don’t read the rest of your mailbox.
- We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use Google user data to train AI models.
- You can disconnect Gmail or ask us to delete your account at any time.
1. Who we are
LeadPulse (leadpulse.genexisstudio.com) is a tool that helps Google Ads freelancers and agencies find businesses that may need their help, research them, and manage outreach. It is operated by Genexis Studio, based in India (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, write to mukesh.kumar@genexisstudio.com.
2. What we collect
Your account
- Your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your agency (workspace) name.
- Workspace settings you enter, such as your sender name, offer line, booking link and opt-out line.
- Your plan, credit usage and, if you subscribe, billing details handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
What you create in LeadPulse
- Searches, lead lists, notes, statuses, follow-up dates, message drafts, ads you paste, and LinkedIn steps you log.
- Warm-up contacts you add (names and email addresses of people you know).
Technical data
- A session cookie to keep you logged in, IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and basic server logs.
- When someone opens a shared audit page, we record that a view happened and when, so you can see who opened it. We don’t record the viewer’s identity.
3. Google user data
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you choose to connect it, LeadPulse asks Google for these permissions:
| Permission | What LeadPulse does with it |
|---|---|
| Send email on your behalf (gmail.send) | Sends the emails you write or approve in LeadPulse — first messages, follow-ups, replies from the Inbox, test emails and warm-up emails — from your address. Nothing is sent unless you click send, or you switch on warm-up. |
| View email message metadata (gmail.metadata) | Reads the sender, subject and date of messages in conversations LeadPulse started, to detect replies and bounces. |
| Read your email (gmail.readonly) | Shows the full text of replies in the LeadPulse Inbox. LeadPulse only opens conversations it started; it doesn’t search, scan or read the rest of your mailbox. It never changes or deletes your email. |
| Your basic profile (email, name) | Identifies which Gmail address is connected. |
What we store: an encrypted access token, the connected email address, and for each email LeadPulse sends, the recipient, subject, body you wrote, Gmail message and thread IDs, and a short preview (up to 300 characters) of any reply. The full text of replies is fetched from Gmail when you open a conversation and is not stored by us.
Limited Use. LeadPulse’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you use in LeadPulse.
- We don’t transfer it to others except as needed to run LeadPulse (for example, our hosting provider), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice to you.
- We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
- No person at Genexis Studio reads your Gmail data unless you ask us to for support, it’s needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been anonymised.
- We don’t use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
Disconnecting: click Disconnect under Settings → Email sending in LeadPulse, which deletes the stored token. You can also remove LeadPulse’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. How we use data
- To provide LeadPulse: build lead lists, run audits, send emails you approve, track replies, and show your stats.
- To run your account: log-ins, account emails (such as confirming your address or resetting a password), billing and support.
- To keep LeadPulse secure and working: preventing abuse, fixing bugs, and enforcing our Terms.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and your consent where we ask for it (for example, connecting Gmail). Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process your data for the purposes you’ve given it to us for.
5. Business contacts in LeadPulse
LeadPulse shows information about businesses gathered from public sources: Google’s public Ads Transparency data (via Google BigQuery), Google Places listings, PageSpeed Insights, and the businesses’ own websites. This can include a business’s name, website, phone, address, ad activity, and names or business email addresses published on its website.
When you use LeadPulse, you decide which businesses to contact and you are responsible for that outreach (see our Terms). We keep this business information only while it’s in a customer’s workspace and use it only to provide LeadPulse. If you’re a business owner and want your details removed, email mukesh.kumar@genexisstudio.com and we’ll remove them.
6. Who we share data with
We use these service providers to run LeadPulse. They process data only on our instructions:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, database and background jobs |
| Gmail sending and reading (if you connect it), BigQuery ad data, Places listings, PageSpeed scores | |
| Stripe | Subscription payments |
| Resend | Account emails, such as password resets |
| SearchAPI.io | Fetching the text of public ads (receives advertiser and ad IDs, not your personal data) |
| Hunter.io (optional) | Finding business contacts, only if you add your own Hunter key (receives business domains) |
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to a buyer if LeadPulse is sold, with notice to you. We don’t sell personal data.
7. Cookies
We use one essential cookie, lp_session, to keep you logged in, and a small browser-storage flag so the home page knows to open the app for you. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. How long we keep data
- Account and workspace data: while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or tax reasons (such as invoices).
- Gmail token: until you disconnect Gmail or delete your account.
- Activity logs: up to 90 days. Expired sessions are deleted automatically.
9. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and Gmail tokens and API keys you save are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to what’s needed to run and support LeadPulse. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email mukesh.kumar@genexisstudio.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. International transfers
Genexis Studio is based in India, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the EU. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our providers’ appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes and contact
LeadPulse isn’t intended for anyone under 18. If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let you know by email or in the app. Questions: mukesh.kumar@genexisstudio.com.
